I’m a California management-side labor & employment attorney based in Fresno. I help employers prevent problems, resolve disputes quickly, and win when litigation is unavoidable. My practice spans wage-and-hour and PAGA defense, FEHA/Title VII discrimination and retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, leaves and accommodations, and compliance projects (handbooks, pay practices, arbitration agreements, and training).
