Biography
Experience as an attorney was earned in positions with the Contra Costa County Superior Court as a research attorney. The Merced County District Attorney also benefited from her skills as a Deputy District Attorney. She then advanced as a Public Defender at the Fresno County Public Defender's Office serving on the felony team in a variety of cases. After outstanding public service in government she began a successful private practice. She has benefited the largest companies who rely on California counsel for traffic ticket defense as well as thousands of individual owner operators who insist on her remarkable legal representation and amazing customer service with a dedicated staff. She graduated from U.C. Berkeley, and received her law degree from Brigham Young University.

Horrible experience
Does not answer phone calls does not return phone calls easiest case did not bring results I hired another attorney and he erased the point that she couldn't avoid she might be A good lawyer but definitely not when it comes to commercial tickets

Great traffic court attorney
Ms. Martinez is not only a professional in court, but also friendly to boot. Helped me with a traffic ticket that would have been costly and forced me to endure traffic school... luckily I avoided both the fine and traffic school!
