August 6, 2018, is the moment my partner got his life back! Let’s back track 7 months, when I was just a chicken with my head cut off. My bf of 5 years had been accused of some horrific, god awful accusations and was put in jail. I, without doubt knew he wasn’t capable of doing such things, so I hire...d a lawyer . Let me tell you, this lawyer is like no other! Her compassion and her understanding just made me feel like , hey every thing is going to be all right . She fought for us with the best of her ability. It’s been about 3 months that my case was resolved and I’ve been waiting to find the right words to choose when it comes to speaking about Amanda Moran. After 3 months, I figured out there is nothing I can say to describe my true appreciation for Amanda! Amanda was amazing!!! She is a 100% fighter...! Amanda was right by my side through it all and made me feel comfortable and confident of her abilities; although, she may say I was extremely nervous! But who wouldn’t be! Being on defense side of the court system was an entirely new thing to me. That is where Amanda came in and made me feel that everything would be ok! We had an extremely “determined” district attorney (no names mentioned) who took everything very personal and just would not take no for an answer! Well let’s just say that through Amanda’s will and determination to win, she was able to finally shut this DA down (she actually stomped away in anger) and I was able to move on with my life! I am extremely happy to have chosen Mrs. Moran as my attorney! She is a true fighter and I do believe anyone would be happy and satisfied to have her on their side should you need these types of services. Thank you again Amanda! You were amazing!!!!

I was charged with felonies for something that I did not do. I hired Attorney Moran and her firm to represent me. I had been with the public defender in the beginning of my case but he didn't listen to me, or spend any time working on my case. After the preliminary court date where they had an office...r testify, I knew I had to hire a private attorney because me public defender didn't do anything, he didn't even know all of the things that had actually happened. I was so worried that I was going to go to prison for something I didn't do. My public defender kept trying to get me to take a deal. I told him no, I wasn't going to plead guilty to something I didn't do. I was told to meet with a few attorneys before I hired one, so I met with like four or five. I felt like they all just were going to tell me to take a deal and that's what my public defender was already doing. Mr. Mugridge met with me first, and then I worked with Amanda for most of my case. I hired them because they didn't just jump to pushing me to take a deal. They said if I wanted to take the case to trial, they would fight hard for me. They understood why I didn't want to take a deal when I didn't do the things the DA was trying to say I did. They did an investigation, and really took the time to understand what actually happened. Amanda did most of the work on my case, and she was so on top of things. Amanda knew all of the details of my case, and was so good at arguing against what the DA said. Having a private attorney was so different from the public defender, because I actually felt like she was on my side. Before I hired them, I got so nervous every time I had to go to court. But I felt really confident with them as my defense attorneys because I knew that they were fighting for me. Even as we had our first day of trial the DA tried to get me to take a deal, but I refused. Amanda did the first part, the opening to the jury. She was fierce. I knew Amanda had my back. During the trial she continued to explain what was happening and why. They were both really good, but I feel like Amanda helped tell my story because she took the time to know me. During the trial, sometimes the DA would look so upset at how hard they were fighting for me. I guess the DA is used to the public defender who doesn't do anything. But they didn't cut her any slack. When the jury was making their decision, I was really nervous but I also had a feeling they would find me innocent. My sisters watched my trial and they said Amanda was awesome especially when I was on the stand. I had to wait like a day for the jury, but I had no doubt that my attorneys were the best in fresno. The jury found me not guilty of all felony and misdemeanor cases. I actually cried, because final the truth came out. The DA didn't even shake my attorneys hands which was so unprofessional. She was mad. If I had stayed with my public defender I would probably be in prison, or taken a deal. But they belived in me, and they fought hard for my rights and they protected me. There are a lot of lawyers around and it is such an important decision. Do your homework because the right attorney made a difference for me. I would hire Amanda again and recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney.

I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience with anyone looking for a stand-up quality attorney. After meeting with both Amanda and David Mugridge, I decided to hire the firm. I worked with Amanda, who was so great. I had a case that seemed simple to me, but ended up b...eing complicated and required a ton of work, and we had to go back to court so many time. What I really appreciated is that Amanda gave me the time I/my case needed, even when I completely freaked out and just needed reassurance about things. She came highly recxomended, but I was afraid that she might be too quiet when I first met her. However, she's a bulldog in court and really fought hard for me with the District Atorney. I had planed to have a trial, but Amanda and her investigator were able to uncover information that got me a great deal. I am more than happy with Amanda, and the people in her office are really helpful too. I am finally able to move forward with my life.
