After graduating from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, in 1987, Kenneth A. Baldwin joined McCormick Barstow as an associate. Mr. Baldwin became a partner with the firm in 1993.
Mr. Baldwin represents clients in all types of business, corporate and real estate matters. He acts as counsel for banks, corporations, general and limited partnerships, and family operated farming and ranching businesses. Mr. Baldwin has represented both borrowers and lending institutions in connection with major financing transactions. He has also represented banks in connection with mergers and acquisitions and has assisted investors in the formation of community banks.
Mr. Baldwin is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California, and U.S. Tax Court.
