Biography
Mr. David McNamara has been with McCormick Barstow since 1987. Mr. McNamara’s practice focuses on employment issues in state and federal court and in administrative hearings such as the Worker’s Compensation Appeals Board, Unemployment Appeals Board, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Labor Commission. Mr. McNamara also assists employers in the investigation of potential employment claims and provides in-house training on employment-related issues.
Mr. McNamara also handles errors and omissions defense matters for real estate brokers/agents. Mr. McNamara has successfully tried both jury trials and court trials to verdict in state and federal court, as well as cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
