Andrew Butler Jones

Mr. Jones has been engaged in civil litigation since graduation from Pepperdine Law School in 1977. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubble which compares attorneys nation wide. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA) which recognizes Mr. Jones as an Advocate with over 40 jury is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and a founding member of the Wage & Hour Committee for that association. Mr. Jones has lectured before the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), CELA, CAOC, and in other state-wide conventions regarding trial techniques and employment law law school Mr. Jones was a member of the Pepperdine University Law Review and published as an author of a commentary regarding anti-trust actions maintained for the benefit of the public. He has briefed cases heard before the State and Federal Appellate Courts and the Supreme Court of California, most notably the Producers Dairy Delivery Company v. Sentry Ins.
