William Eric McComas

William Eric McComas was born, raised and educated in the Fresno/Clovis Metropolitan area. William graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Fresno (“CSUF”) in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and the Dean’s Medal. After transferring from University of California, Davis’ joint J.D./M.B.A. program back to Fresno, William was admitted to the California Bar in 2008 after receiving a Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law. In 2010, William received a Master of Business Administration from CSUF.

As well as being an attorney, William teaches at the Craig School of Business/CSUF. Formerly, William taught Business Ethics, Torts, Contracts and Business Law at Heald College. Moreover, William is a business consultant with the Fresno State SBDC and is a mentor with the Laval Entrepreneur Mentor Program. At CSUF, William is a member of the Native American Faculty Association and the Latina/o Faculty & Staff Association.

Presently, William is the Board President of Central California Legal Services, former Board Chair for the Downtown Business Hub/Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation, Vice-Chairman of Family Leadership Inc., former President of La Raza Lawyers Association and current Vice President for the Fresno County Bar Association. Additionally, William was and is a member of the California Latino Water Coalition, Community Housing Counsel, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, the Fresno 2035 General Plan Citizens Committee and a member of the Fresno County COG 2014 One Voice, representing Fresno County's issues, concerns and interests in Washington D.C. Finally, William is an avid and proud supporter of CSUF and Bulldog sports.
