Mr Davidson is focused, direct, and immediately impressed me with his knowledge and expertise of ERISA law both on 'how' Long Term Disability insurance policies work and 'how' the insurance companies work. He had the courage to 'stop' me if I went off topic (as I have a habit of doing), and refocus ...the conversation to the facts. This quality that immediately caught my attention as other lawyers I have worked in the past were extremely willing to allow my to talk at length, while they 'both' listened and billed. Although this was a consultation, and we are not ready to proceed legally, I wanted to write this review to acknowledge a lawyer who took time, even after knowing there would be no financial gain for him, to follow up on questions I had asked and to say 'hold his number' because regardless of what path I take, he would be happy to provide a 'sanity check'. Anyone who is disabled or assisting someone who has a disability understands that life has enough 'extra' battles. The idea of leaving the house can be a challenge, so the prospect of anything 'legal' is unimaginable. Mr Davidson spent time to review my situation, and I wanted to spend the same time to post a review of what I saw in him as a lawyer. Even with limited contact when you find someone who knows what they are doing, it shows. Mr Davidson knows what he is doing, and his treatment of even a perspective client, deserves 5 stars.
