Steven Michael Matlak

Steve’s practice involves all areas of estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates. His estate planning work includes preparing wills, living trusts, business succession plans, gift tax returns, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, the establishment of guardianships and conservatorships, Medi-Cal and SSI planning, and drafting special needs trusts. Trust and estate administration services include the probate of estates, preparation of accountings, appraisal support, trust funding and asset allocations, and the preparation of estate tax returns.
