Ryan William Porte

Ryan is an attorney in Fresno, California, providing employer-side litigation services to clients facing a range of individual, class, and/or PAGA labor and employment matters including claims for wage and hour violations, workplace discrimination and harassment, and retaliation. He also conducts Labor Code compliance audits and workplace investigations.

Ryan is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
