Mr. O’Rourke has been practicing law since December of 1989. From December of 1989 until May of 1991, he practiced business litigation with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles. Since joining McCormick Barstow in June of 1991, Mr. O’Rourke has practiced in the area of insurance coverage and bad faith. Mr. O’Rourke is statewide coverage counsel for a number of insurance companies. He also represents policyholders.
He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of California.
