Replied last June 23, 2017I apologize for your experience, but would invite you to contact me to discuss this further. My assistant and I do not calendar appointments for times I am scheduled to be in court, so I am not aware that such an incident took place. But again, if you did come in and felt disrespected by our receptionist, I would welcome the opportunity to talk to you about this so we can take appropriate measures.
