He was never prepared for o...ur meetings with CA.DFEH\EEOC.He adviced me one afternoon that my employer had offered a settlement of $1000.00 which I declined.I had him withdraw my complaint from EEOC and request their records to pursue civil litigation.When the records finally arrived from EEOC I found that the settlement offer was actually $10,000.00 Unfortuantely we were at the end of our relationship and I don't know what the explanation for that stupid mistake might have been.Wouldve loved to heard it
