When critiquing someone's performance I try to be as fair as possible to the person being evaluated and yet be helpful to those who may rely upon the evaluation to make an informed decision. With that being said, rarely do I submit an evaluation where there is not some mention of an area where there... could be improvement, as well as the areas where the performance exceeded my expectations. However, in the case of Jon and his paralegal Ramona their performance was flawless from start to finish. The estate plan Jon created for my family put my mind at ease and allowed me to enter very personal messages to my children.
