The estate plan Jon created for my family put my mind at ease and allowed me to enter very personal messages to my children. In the event something should happen to me, I left detailed instructions for their successor guardian, including why I picked them. He also created a detailed health care dire...ctive for me which included whether or not I wanted DNR. What I find sad is, people may not realize that some costly estate plans do not work. There are pitfalls with “cookie-cutter” and do-it-yourself documents and outdated plans. My plan with Jon was highly customized to fit my needs and he and his staff ensured my assets were properly titled to my trust.
