Robert Donald Wilkinson

Mr. Wilkinson has practiced law for over 34 years. He has extensive trial experience and represents clients in business, health care, real property and agribusiness litigation. He defends business people and professionals in white collar criminal prosecutions. Mr. Wilkinson also represents health care providers in disciplinary matters before the California Medical and Pharmacy Boards and governmental agencies and landowners in eminent domain litigation. He is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded by the most respected attorney rating service. He is the former president of the local chapter of the Federal Bar Association, past Chairman of the annual conference for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and a former Lawyer Representative to the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judicial Conference. He has served on the boards of the Fresno County Bar Association and the local chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Currently he serves on the board of the Historical Society for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
