OUTCOME: Obtained title for Flores at same or better terms than she had prior to the fraud.

Garza fraudulently obtained title to Flores' home which was subsequently foreclosed by Chase. Criminal charges were brought with a verdict against Garza. My involvement, at the request of the district ... attorney's office was to obtain title to the property for Flores.
