John Christopher Molina

Chris Molina is an associate at Baker Manock & Jensen. Mr. Molina specializes in tax matters involving complex tax planning and civil tax controversies.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Molina studied law at University of California, Hastings College of the Law where he participated in the school’s Tax Concentration Program.  He handles both Federal and state tax matters  such as complex civil tax examinations, administrative appeals, and tax collection matters for individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and trusts and estates. Mr. Molina assists business clients in connection with a wide range of matters including entity formation, real property transactions, employment litigation, regulatory compliance, and trademarks and copyrights.
