Dealing with not so friendly attorneys in the past I was weary approaching Mr Bains for my business needs. He was able to setup my entity in multiple different states to not only be tax efficient but also protect me and my assets from any liabilities in the future.

I won’t get into details about my case. I will say that Iqbal went out of his way to make sure I felt assured and confident about the course of my case. He helped me prepare and took my calls whenever I felt anxious. He was professional and courteous and there wasn’t more I could ask of him.
