Carl Ramon Refuerzo

Mr. Refuerzo has significant expertise in the legal representation of local, regional, national and international businesses, including entity planning and formation, complex mergers and acquisitions, and financing. He is also an expert on reclamation and water law, commission merchant and Federal farm programs. In addition, Mr. Refuerzo has extensive experience in corporate governance matters. He handles all entity planning and formation issues, including choice of form of doing business (e.g. corporation, partnership, limited partnership or limited liability company). He assists business clients with on-going issues, including sales and acquisitions of assets, succession planning, leases, employment agreements, and stock options. Mr. Refuerzo regularly assists clients with the buying and selling of businesses, including acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations. He is a member of the American Agricultural Law Association, and the Fresno County, California and American Bar Associations.
