My practice is soley focused on immigration based cases. I have handled a variety of complex cases including but not limited to, citizenship, adjustment of status, extreme hardship waivers and removal defense before immigration court. I also have significant experience representing minors in state court for guardianship or custody petitions as they relate to Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. I previously worked as staff attorney with the nationally recognized non-profit organization, Kids in Need of Defense, KIND. Although I am now in private practice, I continue to support KIND’s efforts as a volunteer pro-bono attorney defending immigrant youth.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of California, Merced where I graduated with high honors. Throughout law school, I was honored with several Witkin Awards for academic excellence.
I am licensed in California and also admitted to practice in the Executive Office for Immigration Review (known as EOIR or immigration court) in all locations across the United States. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
