Ramon Nava grew up in the Central San Joaquin Valley in the small farm working community of Planada, to a Mexican immigrant family. He attributes his upbringing for instilling in him a deep appreciation of hard work and the struggle that immigrant families face. He witnessed first-hand these struggles and developed a passion for helping and fighting for his community.
Growing up, Ramon made it a goal of his to work with and serve the underprivileged and help families achieve their goals and dreams. Initially, Ramon taught English language development and History at Huron Middle School for 4 years, after he attended California State University, Fresno and National University.
In 2014 Ramon obtained his Juris Doctorate from the San Joaquin College of Law, where he earned several Witkin awards for academic excellence. In 2015 he began his professional career as an immigration attorney. It has been his pleasure to help immigrant families from throughout the state of California and the country navigate their immigration cases in various types of challenging scenarios. Ramon treats every single case with the utmost care and attention to detail and he vows to be a strong advocate for all his clients.
Ramon has quickly gained experience and successfully resolved many cases in all areas of immigration law and has handled a wide variety of immigration cases ranging from naturalization to removal proceedings.
