Excellent Lawyer and Team!
Susan Hemb is professional, efficient, knowledgeable and effective! What's rare is she is empathetic towards her clients. She passionately wants to help them the best way possible. You can sense that the moment you meet her. Her paralegal, Sue Cox, is the same and went over and beyond anything I could have ever imagined! Our first consultation was so effective and informative, I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else. She spent time with me and never made me feel rushed or that I was wasting her time. As far as I knew, I was her main concern. She was always available and answered any question I had no matter how "uneducated" the question. By the time we appeared in court, Susan Hemb was so effecient, the case was successfully completed the same day! She completely outshined all other lawyers because she was so professional, organized and ready to present our case! I feel privileged to strongly recommend hiring this team! They will help you! getting help from one that really cares
From the moment I walked in Atty Susan's office I knew I was going to be in good hands. She treated me like I was family , giving me great and sound advice. Every step of the way she held my hand . I believed her from the very first words she told me " I will help you, you're going to be okay". Her staff is a plus too , very helpful and kind . I am even on payment plan which is a big relief ! She truly does care ! Attorney's approach is very holistic . I'm truly glad she's my attorney .
