Stay Away
Elder was supposedly representing my dad. My dad had on set dementia. Elder sold multiple properties out from under my dad. While in escrow and "supposedly " 24 hrs care, my dad was found dead in his pond! Madera sheriff's did NOT investigate the obvious murder of my dad and the only one benefit...
