Claudia Ann Weaver

She is not a good attorney as I was told. Do not use her. My case has been drawn out for ever! She has never been on my side after I paid the retrained I have been ignored! Her secretary tries to smooth things over but I can not believe Ms Weaver called my work and screamed at me for not answering ...the phone! She never answers hers when I call. There was nothing to do with my divorce. No property or child support just separation of 401 Ks and retirement. It's been over 2 years now. she has belittling and her mood swings are not someone you want to deal with.

She yells at you when you ask her a question and make you feel so small. Yes she did win in court for me the second time around. Claudia embarrassed me so much I went to her office to drop paperwork and said hi she did not even acknowledged me and did not even answer me saying hello like I was invisi...ble. Only her secretary delt with me and she was slightly rude as Well and very short in her response. She learned from her boss I guess Anyway I would not recommend Claudia, hire her unless you like to be treated cold. There are better mannered attorney outhere who are Also as good as some people think claudia weaver is.

Ms Weaver was rude and insultive to me. I came to her for advice and left feeling she had no compassion for me going thru the biggest crisis in my life. She never returned call, her secretary did. I did not pay to have my concerns and questions answered by the secretary. Fired her and hired out of L...ancaster for more professional help .
