This guy never kept me in the know about what was going on with my divorce. When we were in court he gave everything to my husband of 10 years with no alimony for me. He never said anything to me about not getting alimony. My ex even got the house without us putting it up for sale. I was dumb founded... couldn’t believe what he did without consulting me, Don’t trust him!!!!

He claims he has a good reputation with the judges but it doesn't show. He got in an argument over something stupid right off the bat and screwed the rest of our case. He claimed he would point out several things in court that were never mentioned. He brought up a couple things and his answers were r...esponded with lies that he didn't argue. He had a bad attitude in court and has a bad attitude every time I've met with him. He said he would take care of the remaining paperwork after the minute order and nothing worth a crap has been done. Its been 8 months since court and I still don't have anything in writing concerning my custody. You have to call them constantly and when they say "oh she's away from her desk, I'll have her call you back"(his assistant) don't count on it. It never happens. You have to keep calling back. Also, I'm being charged for calls and paperwork that hasn't made any progress. Sorry Richard but you look like a fool in the courtroom.
