Nancy Lee Kelso

I hired Nancy for my dcfs case. She defended the social workers, which were in violation. She made promises of what she was going to do in court. She told the judge of documents she was going to prepare and she never did. I would call her and text her she would not respond for days sometimes weeks. W...hen I would text her that I was going to make a complaint she then would ask me to meet in her office and she would type up my concerns our at least act like it as I never seen what she typed. She promised to goto court file court docs to requesting to change custody and request certain medical attention my child needs and still has not. She will not answer phone calls and only responds via text "I can't talk right now". I strongly request that you don't hire. I paid $3500 for nothing!

I had everyone batting for me. Except my Lawyer! was going for full custody of my son from his mother, i had the school board involved, police. i got all the evidence. and none of it got to the judge! I just wasted 8 months of time and my son needs help!! now i am stuck with with an 800 dollar a mont...h payment. for child support, now i cant survive, so how am i to take care of my child. i do not wish this travisty justice on anyone!
