Paid her $500 in advance for just showing up with me for a restraining order hearing. Somehow, I feel she believed the other party and not me, even though I had explained to her in advance that they are liars and and that they will lie. Not good. I would have been better off just going in front of... the judge by myself, instead of agreeing to go with a moderator. She was also supposed to show up to a second restraining order hearing against another family member of these people, but she was a no-show. I got the restraining order regardless. Anyway, she did not return phone calls and I find to pay $500 for her to show up at a restraining order hearing where the other party was already investigated for violence against me and charges filed with the DA's office, should already be a slam-dunk case.

I had everyone batting for me. Except my Lawyer! was going for full custody of my son from his mother, i had the school board involved, police. i got all the evidence. and none of it got to the judge! I just wasted 8 months of time and my son needs help!! now i am stuck with with an 800 dollar a mont...h payment. for child support, now i cant survive, so how am i to take care of my child. i do not wish this travisty justice on anyone!
