He sent a cease and desist order against me not to harass them. The manager lied saying I assaulted and threatened her and would not accept the rent for that reason and began to terminate my residency on that basis. Later I found out lies that I was suspicious of that came out to be true. I wil...l be suing this lawyer and try to get him disbarred for engaging frivolous cases with conspiracy to remove residents from their tenancy for ill and malicious financial profits. There are more people who are victims to this lawyer and his flying monkeys who help do his bidding. I will posting a number for anyone with similar issues with this man trying to make us homeless through nefarious means, you should call and share your story as a class action lawsuit is the answer. Supreme Court affirmative action and all the publicity they want showing what they're doing to California residents in these rough times.

Mr. Trevillyan assisted us in a matter against a park owner. Had it not been for Mr. Trevillyan's assistance and persistence, we may have never settled this matter in such a timely manner. The opposing attorney played "difficult" to get hold of and did not respond timely, thus making it more challeng...ing for Mr. Trevillyan to actually get resolution of the case.
