Cherie Lynn Brenner

This attorney represented me in oc years ago... she completely botch my divorce case. The fact that the majority reviews on here are "anonymous" shows that it's probably just her making these good revires for herself. She did no work and completely up charged me. She had such a bad reputation in sout...hern California that she moved her practice to norcal. BE AWARE. I do not want any others to fall victim of her incompetence and money hungry nature!! Please do your research on her

I read the reviews before I retained Ms. Brenner even the bad ones. I found the bad one odd because I knew the facts didn't make sense because the courts were closed when this person stated Ms. Brenner represented them in court. I am writing this review because I know that review is false and because... I never had a better attorney who even lowered her fee because of my financial problems.

Brenner actually got lost on the way to the courthouse (!), was late and therefore had no time to prepare. She didn't remember the basic facts of our case. Judge asked her a crucial question and she was completely silent, no reply, just stared blankly like a deer in headlights. This lost our case for... us which should have been easily won. I do not recommend this "attorney".

Cherie has years of experience and it shows. If you need someone to represent you to the DA and in Court, to support and advice you, and to negotiate the best outcome, while treating you like a human being, and with sensitivity and expert skill, make Cherie your choice! I did and am SO pleased I beli...eved the five star review I'd seen which made me to hire her.
