I had a criminal and thief who was my former neighbor who spent most of his time harassing me and stealing from me, he was also a former cop with the Santa Maria Police Department and used his former Police Officer buddies to constantly harass me. I was charged with a felony and three misdemeanors a...ll which were frivolous complaints/charges without any merit to them. I came to Mr. Gamble with an impossible task. You see have some criminal history and the avoidance of jail in my instance posed a problem. Mr. Gamble was very fair and reasonable with respect to his fees and in fact he has bent over backwards to be there for me in this case. My case involves the alle...gation of insurance fraud. Shortly after accepting my case I was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer. This meant that if jailed I could literally die in jail. As we all know, the jails are not great medical providers. Mr. Gamble has worked tirelessly to keep me out of jail. Mr. Gamble presence in the courthouse is well respected and noticed. He has great command of the legal system.
