She answered all the questions I had and was very prompt and organized with all the paperwork involved throughout the course of the case. I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience at the Law office of William Gamble, specifically with our appointed attorney, Ms. Garcia. My partner and I waited for a week for a "free consultation," only to be met with an absolute nightmare. While we were going to ha...ve that “free consultation” it was clear how disappointing it was to Ms. Garcia to have to offer this. She had to mention that normally she would’ve charged $300-$400 but because she is under William Gamble she had to offer the free consultation service. We made sure to provide all necessary information, including the case number, to the front desk, hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, our hopes were quickly shattered on the day of our scheduled appointment. Ms. Garcia was incredibly late, making us wait for a whole 40 minutes without any apology. When she finally showed up, it was evident she had no idea about our case and seemed completely unprepared. To make matters worse, Ms. Garcia's demeanor was shockingly rude and unprofessional. It was as if she had no interest in helping us or addressing our concerns during this critical time of need. Her dismissive attitude was the final straw. She practically told us to hang up, leaving us feeling helpless and ignored. Instead of trying to change her horrible attitude and try to resolve what was happening she said “Clearly this isn’t going to work out so you might as well hang up now.” It's truly disheartening to encounter such a lack of compassion and professionalism from someone who claims to be an attorney. My advice to anyone seeking legal assistance is to steer clear of the Law office of William Gamble and avoid Ms. Garcia at all costs. This experience has left us shaken and questioning the integrity of their entire firm. If you value your time, money, and emotional well-being, stay far away from their office. Garcia's lack of care and professionalism is a glaring warning sign that you deserve better representation elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and find legal counsel who truly cares about your case and treats clients with the respect and dedication they deserve.
