I had an original trust dated 1998 and the attorney who had drafted the original trust retired. It had so many amendments to my original trust that even I was confused about how to ensure my wishes were relayed completely. I met with Joseph and he and his assistant were VERY VERY thorough. They a...sked for information, my prior attorney never even addressed including two business entities and several additional bank accounts I had not thought to include. They also assisted in putting the titles of my properties into the trust! I feel it was beneficial starting from scratch!
