Cashed my first check of $1,000 and I've never seen the inside of the court room as promised, numerous times. According to him he knows the DA and the Judge and claims to be competent in handling this case, but will not return voice mails or his vm is full so messages can't be left. This has been g...oing on for a month now with still no results. If he is simply too busy with a more important case than mine, he should at least say so, instead of leaving me to wonder why he would cash my check for $1k. I also gave him 3 other checks for $750, which I've just stopped payment on. Possibly this will get him to return my calls?
