My wonderful Ex was withholding my child from me and exploiting the COVID-19 situation. I was a mess after 12 years of week on week off then a sudden halt with no face to face contact for 30 days. I contacted the law firm he worked with because of a problem with Child Protective Services . I need an attorney immediately as we were told to go to court in two days. Cps had taken my granddaughter away in the night without any legal papers except a CPS “plan”. He agreed to represent me, my grandd...aughter and my daughter. Tony advised us what the process was and submitted the necessary papers to court. He was present at all the hearings. He was always available to talk with me as I was very upset with CPS wanting to put my granddaughter in foster care.
