Thomas Leary Barnard

I hired Thomas Barnard (the Family Law attorney in Michael B. Clayton’s office) for my divorce and found that he not only didn't advocate for me, but he didn't inform me about several scheduled court dates! Because of the lack of knowledge I missed those court appearances. My ex-wife's lawyer ended u...p doing all of the work to get an offer signed between the two of us. I'm currently disputing the charges incurred and reporting Mr. Barnard to the California Bar Association. I'm very disappointed to have to do this as Michael's son was one of my favorite former students in my Chemistry class. I hope the other attorneys at Mr. Clayton's office are legit and do their job. I'm super disappointed that Mr. Clayton hasn't been more helpful to me regarding the blatant disregard to a client by one of the attorneys (Mr. Barnard) in his office.l.
