As my sisters Power of Attorney, I hired Rob to assist in the sale of her residence as she was in bankruptcy. He asked why I was not using her original bankruptcy attorney. I advised him it was not a good experience and felt she had been egregiously overcharged. He explained the RARA fee process to m...e and it became apparent there were several unscrupulous billings to her. With this information I was able to file a complaint with the Bankruptcy Trustee and after a hearing in Santa Barbara Bankruptcy Court the judge ruled against $20,000 of this attorney's fees and also ordered the reimbursement of $3600 to my sister. Without Rob's knowledge and assistance I would probably not have pursued the righting of this wrongdoing. And as far as Rob's work on the sale of my sisters house, he was very competent, the process was very smooth and he always kept me informed of the progress. I would highly recommend Rob Traylor as the experience was great and he restored my faith in humanity.
