David Jay Mirback

Mr Mirback has been a blessing to my life… I went to many many lawyers and they only wanted a slam dunk was not willing to fight for me… once my husband and I meet David there was a peace that we finally had… going to court feeling safe and confident to have him on our side was worth any money we cou...ld have paid… he’s goal was to help me and it was tough!!! At times it was frustrating and hurtful hearing all the negative things being said about me… but David always reassured me not to worry!!! David is always available for a phone call and support in my matter… some people love to complain but I’m sure there is more to the story??? My experience was great and I will always be grateful to David for his help!!!

David is listed as a “General Attorney” but there are so many new laws that he is not up on that there is no way he can defend you. his track record is suing people and he’s been sued for non payment several times. Seems to be out for money and quite greedy. He makes many false claims and made some r...eally big mistakes on our case correspondence and filings and we lost our place because of it. He doesn’t explain things well has many excuses and gets defensive. Not good at using email and technology regularly. we feel robbed and this man should not be practicing law at all.
