Joe Bussone is a "lawyers lawyer". I know what I'm talking about because I am, like Joe, a litigation lawyer and I worked with Joe when we were both young associates for a busy Los Angeles litigation firm. We used to consult each other on the cases we handled and Joe gave me lots of good advice. That was in the mid-1980s, and we have remained friends since, and I have followed Joe's career. In his 30 plus years of experience, Joe has worked both for large law firms and as a sole practitioner, and has a broader and more practical approach to law than most attorneys. Focusing on civil litigation, he has handled an unusually wide variety of matters, for many different types of clients, including businesses and individuals, and understands how the economics of litigation vary depending on the client. He knows how to take a case trial and win, and that makes him all the better at negotiating good, early settlements that save clients the time and expense of going all the way through trial. Joe is fearless and persistent and an excellent lawyer.
