This man took a large fee to do a simple task, promising to return an over-payment requested for possible expenses. After four months the legal work was finally finished, but the refund of several hundred dollars never appeared. After weekly bouts of pressuring and visits to the office, the response ...was the check was lost in the mail. About six months after the work was done the refund arrived. Unethical conduct. The man lost our confidence.
