Rudolph George Kraft

Mr. Kraft was appointed by the Ventura Appellate Court to apppeal a case related to my mentally ill son who was attacked by a very large dog in 1997. My son panicked and killed the dog. Another minor incident followed the same year. The unethical Ventura deputy DA blew the cases out of proportion, h...id my son illness to a jury and achieved prison instead of hospitalization. Mr. Kraft appeal was excellent and he achieved that a ridiculous and illegal enhancement charge on the dog's case be removed. Mr. Kraft had the courtesy of visiting the family IN PERSON to obtain first hand information prior to starting his appeal. This was unusual and the family felt very grateful that he heard us.
