The Ochylski Law Group is a full-service law firm with a particular emphasis on real estate, land use and planning, environmental, construction, business formation, dissolutions & sales, business contracts, and other related matters.

We are dedicated to assisting our clients manage the wide range of legal issues that arise in the ownership and use of land, and the planning and successful operation of a business.  Our legal strategies which stress a practical, cost-effective, and creative approach have consistently contributed to the success of our clients.

Marshall E. Ochylski

Marshall E. Ochylski is the founder and managing attorney of the Ochylski Law Group.

He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California with over 35 years of experience in all aspects of real estate including sales, leasing, entitlement, land use, zoning, environmental, construction, and financing.

Marshall personally meets with each client, taking a "hands-on" approach in order to thoroughly understand and carefully evaluate each of the issues facing that client.  This allows him to give each client a thorough in-depth analysis of their legal matter so that they can make an informed decision about the various alternative approaches available to them.

He has represented his client's interests in a variety of forums, including:

          California State Courts

          The California Coastal Commission

          County Boards of Supervisors

          City Councils

          Various other Governmental Agencies and Advisory Bodies

Marshall has also appeared before a variety of business organizations, community groups, and colleges and universities throughout the state of California.

He is actively involved in his community and serves as President of the Los Osos Community Services District, the Head Varsity Softball Coach at Mission College Prep in San Luis Obispo, and Chairperson for the San Luis Obispo Downtown Association's Beautification Awards.
