Recently, while consulting our financial advisor, it was learned that we had no Will, no Advance Health Care Directives, no POA's, nor a Special Needs Trust for our disabled adult son. At the end of the process, and in a short amount of time, we were handed a beautifully bound compilation of our new Family Trust, with each part delineated and organized for us.
