Mr. Canaday and his staff in the office were great! He fought for over two years to help us save our grandchildren from a guardian that was not fit but was very good at acting the part. He got to the bottom of her underhanded actions through decation and perseverance. If it was not for him and his... staff our grandchildren would still be in harm's way. He stayed in constant contact with us and kept us up to date on everything. My husband and I highly recommend him for the most complex case you can have. He always was upfront and honest with us even if it was something we did not want to hear. The staff in his office are professional and on top of anything we needed. The only words I can think of to finish this review is " thank you for all you did to help us , Jim".

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! HE PUTS ON A GOOD SHOW TO GET A CLIENT, WE BELIEVED AS YOU SAID, "YOU SHOULD GET WHAT EVERY PARENT DESERVES 50/50." YET YOU LET A WOMAN WHO DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A LAWYER KICK YOUR ASS IN COURT!!! YOU DID NOTHING BUT ROB US AND LIE. THIS CROOK ALSO BAILED WITH N...O EXPLANATION JUST ADVISED HIS ASSISTANT TO ADVISE ME, I NEEDED TO RELIEVE MYSELF OR HE WOULD DO SO HIMSELF!!! JIM CANADAY IS A COWERED!!! HE NEVER EVEN FINISHED WITH OUR COURT HEARING, YET NOW STATES I OWE HIM MONEY, WHEN I PAID CASH UP FRONT FOR A FLAT RATE?!!
