We adopted 4 children through the foster care system 2,yrs ago and the biological grandmother was suing us for visitations and we did not want them involved in our children's lives , well today we went to court and the judge dismissed the case she had no legal standing her sons rights were terminated... and that meant hers were also ! Mr Falk did a great job was very knowledgeable of our legals rightes and adoption laws ! He was very prompt very professional and explained everything to where we understood he always answers are questions and returned are calls in a timely manner I highly recommend Mr Falk as a attorney in Family Law....

I approached Mr. Falk to handle my case that should've taken only a month or so, and lasted 6 months because he kept pushing the date out to get paid more then he should have, and also did not help me get what I wanted and or needed in my case, and did NOT keep me informed, and did not turn in the pa...perwork in a Timely manner. I WOULD not recommend his service, spend a little more money and go with Jim Canaday.

Gregory Falk was paid nearly 2 years ago to handle a simple adoption case for me. He continues to give me the run around and the paperwork still has not been filed with the court, nor can he provide proof that any work as been done. He consistantly loses signed documents and requires us to drive out ...and resign them. He has already had at least one disciplinary action by the CA Bar. I will be opening my case with the Bar this week. Something that should have taken 3 months tops is now going on 2 years. Completely unacceptable. Greg Falk is NOT recommended.
