Duane Henry Henning

I attended the School of Mines & Technology in Rapid City, SD, served in the US Navy – Submarine Service, attended the University of Hawaii’s College of Business & Economics, where I really got hooked on economics, and finally graduated Cum Laude from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA, in Accounting and Economics.  I graduated with honors from California Pacific School of Law.  After working in private industry for 14 years as an accountant and financial analyst, primarily in the oil industry, I spent 13 years with the IRS as a revenue agent and later as an estate tax attorney after being admitted to the CA Bar.  I practice primarily in Tax Controversy, assisting clients with their challenging tax problems and representing clients in audits and collection matters in their disputes involving the IRS, FTB, EDD, SBOE and other tax authorities.
