Emilio Jesus Huerta

I met with Mr. Huerta on my case prior to running for a political position and hired him. Once I decided to give him a retainer he did not answered any of my calls, emails or messages. It was frustrating, after several attempts I was finally able to approach him at this office located in downtown Ba...kersfield, very disorganized by the way. Mr. Huerta was clearly intoxicated when I approached him in regards my case, he then apologized for not answering any of my calls or messages. A few months went by and same story repeated itself, finally decided to fire him and look somewhere else. Mr. Huerta did not do any work what at all! but he did billed me for over 38 hours of work at $300. Extremely upset and amazed how can someone get away with this type of work, ethics and morality.
