Growing up, one of the defining characteristics has been my love of learning and helping people. Particularly inspiring to me is the book “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” where the author Stephen Covey writes that it’s very important to “Sharpen the Saw”. Among other things this means to renew your mind through “Learning, Reading…and Teaching”.
Demonstrating my work ethic and passion for learning as young teenager who would rather read a book than play sports, then a young adult who earned three college degrees, including two graduate degrees, all while working full time. After earning a Law Degree and a Masters degree, I continued to learn and help others grow as a university Adjunct Professor of Law and Business, while working in the Legal Environment at a Fortune 100 Corporation.
In my education and experience, I developed an appreciation of the Constitutional system of government, built by our forefathers, where no matter what crime you are accused of, in the face of the State with all it’s power and resources, you have the right to an attorney and be judged by your peers.
For the past few years, I have combined my passion for helping people with my passion for defending this Constitutional System. It is my pleasure and privilege to passionately fight for your rights, and help you navigate the legal system in the courts of Kern and Los Angeles Counties.
