Attorney Jesse K. Whitten graduated with honors from the Oak Brook College of Law in 2003. After law school he started his own practice, The Law Offices of Jesse Whitten, and his entire legal career has been spent practicing exclusively DUI and criminal defense. He has handled over 5,000 DUI and criminal cases and has worked hard to become an aggressive and skilled criminal defense attorney.
Mr. Whitten has been friends with Clayton Campbell since law school and they have always shared a common passion for defending the rights of the accused, and both feel that there is a need for an elite criminal defense firm in Bakersfield. To this end they formed Campbell Whitten in 2012, and plan to combine hard work, creativity, and experience, to create a firm that those accused of a crime in Bakersfield can trust to vigorously fight for their rights, their freedom, and their future.
