Biography
I am one of a very small number of Certified Criminal Law Specialists in Kern County, certified by the California State Bar Association. I am dedicated to high-quality indigent criminal defense, and I regularly appear in the Bakersfield felony criminal courts. I am active in the community through volunteer activities.
I served for three years as a steward for the SEIU Local 521 Labor Union representing Kern County's Deputy Public Defenders and supporting staff, and I was a founding member of CMEU Local 148 Labor Union exclusively representing Deputy Public Defenders and Public Defender Investigators.
I am not currently accepting new clients except by appointment from the court.

The MAN
